The recently renovated Guest House is on a particularly large plot so that your privacy is assured.

To avoid misunderstandings please note:  Requesting and obtaining information is without obligation and does not mean that we are bound to offer the house. After we have confirmed availability upon a request for reservation the accommodation is reserved for you for 24h. This temporary reservation will be extended with 5 days upon receiving the completed reservation sheet.  The reservation will be final upon payment of the 20% deposit. Reservation request are handled on a first come first serve basis.

1. You call or send an email to request a reservation for the holiday home and provide the following details:

* Name and address of the tenants
* Number of people staying in the property
* Address and mobile phone number
* Preferred holiday home

2. You will receive a confirmation that the property has been reserved for you, along with the reservation form by email.

3. The reservation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit. Without (timely) payment of the deposit, no rights can be derived from the reservation.

4. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay.
